Bishops Lodge is an iconic 5-Star resort just North of Santa Fe. Under new ownership a large-scale renovation is underway. New buildings are being constructed and many existing buildings are being renovated. This large-scale overhaul of the site provided the owner with the opportunity of upgrading some of the site infrastructure. The natural gas was one critical utility that required upsizing and redistribution throughout the site. Tipton Engineering redesigned the entire site gas distribution serving a large portion of the 317-acre site. The upgraded utility service is served by one master meter at the perimeter of the site.
