Blakes Lotaburger was founded in New Mexico in 1952. Tipton Engineering worked with Barbara Felix Archi-tecture + Design to create the new flagship design that will be used statewide at all new locations. In 2018, the design team utilized the new design at its first location in Albuquerque. Today we have adapted the design to five more locations across the state with more to come.
