The Northside Ace Hardware is the newest store location in the Taos area. Along with the Ace Hardware anchor tenant space, this development includes two additional future tenant spaces each having its own basement space connected by a freight elevator. A shell space for a future restaurant with full commercial kitchen was also part of this design as well as a standalone coffee shop building on the site. Full MEP design services were provided for this large shell development including site utilities and site lighting design.
