The New Mexico Department of Transportation has a sprawling campus centrally located in Santa Fe consisting of nine buildings. Tipton Engineering worked with Yearout Mechanical, who performed an IGA (Investment Grade Audit), on each of the buildings. TE was tasked with designing energy efficient mechanical systems and in some cases working with existing ductwork. The lighting design was completed by a third party. TE recircuited lighting and power in all buildings.
