This Century Bank location in Los Alamos was a tenant infill in an existing commercial development. TE collaborated with LDG Architects to work with the existing space constraints and incorporate decorative lighting and HVAC components. Coordination with IT and security was critical for this project as well as incorporating specialty banking equipment. Being that this space was existing, we had to work with or alter existing utilities to serve the needs of the client and new systems design.
