Tipton Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems design for this new administration building for the Cuba Independent Schools District located in Cuba, NM. Consolidating administrative branches into one building was an important goal for the district as well as providing a new space for school board meetings to be held. The lighting design reflected a mixture of economical office fixtures and decorative fixtures to highlight the lobby and school board chambers. Due to the shape of this new building and separate functions the mechanical systems were divided by area and functions well as a standalone system for IT equipment.
