PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
St. John’s College, Santa Fe Campus, was founded in 1964. The sprawling 250-acre campus sits on the East side of Santa Fe tucked against the foothills. We have had the privilege of working on many of the existing buildings on campus. We worked with a client hired lighting consultant on a full lighting upgrade at four large buildings on campus including the Peterson Stu-dent Center. Evans Science Lab among other buildings required a HVAC and equipment upgrade and we also worked with the school to upgrade the central boiler plant serving the Meem Library, Fine Arts and Weigle Hall. Another project on campus which required some investigatory work was the plumbing upgrades at the Upper Dorms. We were tasked with water testing and analysis of the existing system to determine deficiencies and provide recommendations.
